No alcohol is consumed by any Listed Member or guest who is younger than the legal age for consuming alcohol.
Common spaces are to be enjoyed by all Listed Members and guests unless otherwise instructed by us, are for temporary use and not as a place for continuous, everyday work. Personal items are not to be left unattended in common spaces for long periods of time, and common spaces may only be reserved through Cove.
Members are responsible for any damage to the Space other than due to normal wear and tear.
Members may not make any structural or non-structural alterations or installations of wall attachments, furniture or antennae in the Space or elsewhere in the Premises without prior approval by us. If an alteration or installation is made, the Member is responsible for the full cost and expense of the alteration or installation and, prior to the termination of this Agreement, the removal of those items and the restoration.
Members must comply with the all applicable laws and regulations including:
and public health directions issued by the Queensland Government Chief Health Officer and;
the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) for the collection, disclosure, transfer and display of any Listed Member information provided to Cove, so that it may be stored by Cove in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
All electrical items brought to use onsite must be tested and tagged by a certified electrician prior to use.
No smoking is permitted at the Premises.
Members’ computers, tablets, mobile devices and other electronic equipment used at the Premises must be:
kept up-to-date with the latest software updates provided by the software vendor; and
kept clean of any malware, viruses, spyware, worms, Trojans, or anything that is designed to perform malicious, hostile and/or intrusive operations.
Cove may remove any device from its networks that poses a threat to its networks or users until the threat is remediated.
If a Member is using the Space as its registered office, its will display the name of the entity in its Space in a manner agreed to by Cove.
Cove may host (or allow others to host) events (for example, seminars or masterclasses) at the Premises provided that it gives no less than 3 days’ notice to all Members prior to the date of the event.
Members must not host an event at the Premises without first obtaining the approval of Cove.
The Member or a Listed Member may host an event (for example, a client function) at the Premises provided that:
it gives Cove no less than 20 days’ notice prior to the date of the event; and
Cove consents to the event being held.
No Listed Member will:
perform any activity or cause or permit anything that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to Cove or any other occupants or guests of the Premises;
use the Services, the Premises or the Space to conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities;
misrepresent himself or herself to the other users of the Premises, either in person or on the Cove Member Network;
take, copy or use any information or intellectual property belonging to other Members or guests, including any confidential or proprietary information, personal names, likenesses, voices, business names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, other identifiers or other intellectual property, or modified or altered versions of the same;
use the Space in a retail, medical, or other nature which is likely to involve frequent visits by members of the public;
use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
make any copies of any keys, key cards or other means of entry to the Space or the Premises or lend, share or transfer any keys or key cards to any third party;
install any locks anywhere within the Premises, unless authorised by Cove in advance;
allow any guest, child or pet to enter the building without registering that guest, child or pet and performing any additional steps required by Cove;
allow any guest, child or pet of the Member to be unaccompanied by the Member while on the Premises;
allow any guest, child or pet of the Member on Premises for any more than 8 hours per month unless authorised by Cove in advance; or
bring any weapons of any kind, or any other offensive, dangerous, inflammable or explosive materials into the Space or the Premises.
If a member, or any of its Listed Members, is identified as a confirmed case of COVID-19, the Member must immediately notify Cove and provide any information reasonably requested by Cove. The Member consents to Cove notifying other Members that there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the Premises. Cove acknowledges that any notice will not use the name of the Member, or its Listed Members.
